Construction Management
Renson Contruction Management Division
Renson Defense Group provides construction management and owner’s representation services across federal, state, municipal, and select commercial and residential development projects through its construction division, Renson Construction. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, the firm brings deep experience in federally regulated and mission-critical construction environments, with a focus on disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and accountable delivery.
Our work supports infrastructure, facilities, and site-based construction where schedule control, cost discipline, safety, and quality are non-negotiable. We operate exclusively in an oversight and management capacity, allowing owners to maintain control without the risk and complexity of self-performing construction.
Renson Construction acts as the owner’s on-site and administrative representative, coordinating contractors, schedules, permits, inspections, and project controls. From early planning through closeout, our role is straightforward: protect the owner’s interests and ensure projects are executed as intended.

OUR SERVICES
Renson Construction supports multiple construction delivery models to align with owner objectives, project risk profiles, and regulatory requirements. Our approach is intentionally flexible. We recommend and implement the model that best protects the owner’s interests, not one that forces unnecessary risk or cost.

Under this model, Renson Construction acts exclusively as the owner’s representative. We manage the project on the owner’s behalf while trade contractors and vendors contract directly with the owner.
